Basic Membership Requirements
-Cannot use illegal drugs
-An adult child (18-25) who meets requirements
-Must provide medical information during the application process
-Unmarried Children (Biological or Adopted) <26
-Children in full legal custody or guardianship of the member

Basic Membership Qualifications
-Agree with the Statement of Beliefs And Ethics
-Abstained from the use of illegal drugs for at least 12 months prior to applying
